Shirley Beglinger, BA, ACII; started at Credit Suisse in Zurich, before moving into private banking. She joined Swiss Re in 1988, working in insurance, reinsurance and financial institutions underwriting. Shirley spearheaded Swiss Re's efforts to gain recognition in the Basel 2 process and later worked at Aon where she had responsibility for business development with European financial institutions. With Marsh more recently, she focused on FI and Operational Risks.
She has published various papers on insurance & reinsurance and on accounting & regulation of insurance. She writes for a number of financial services publications and also works regularly as an expert witness in insurance litigation (various litigation cases concerning business interruption coverage, reinsurance protections and coverage for financial institutions).
Shirley has been the Chairperson of NPA Insurance, part of the National Pharmacy Association.
She also chaired the UK Chapter of The British Swiss Chamber of Commerce for several years.

Andreas Bachofner, qualified economist, MBA Financial Services & Insurance. An entrepreneur with experience in a family-owned company before moving into banking, insurance and reinsurance. During 19 years at Swiss Re he underwrote property & casualty business, worked in product management casualty and then took on various profit centre responsibilities.
He has regularly worked together with Advanced Capital Solutions, a specialist UK Intermediary and Management Consultancy and PRS Prime Re Solutions Switzerland.
Andreas is a Non-Executive Board member of clavis Re, Switzerland, a Lloyd's MGA writing trade credit & surety reinsurance.
